Jon Lovoy, Broker/Owner - Jon oversees the day-to-day operations of the company, including new owner onboarding, accounting, and financial reporting for the properties we manage. He serves as your primary point of contact and is available to address any questions or concerns that arise.

Jilayne Urdiales, Senior Property Manager / Maintenance Coordinator - Jilayne manages all maintenance coordination, working with our trusted preferred vendors and in-house technician to ensure repairs are handled promptly and cost-effectively. She also oversees tenant requests, lease compliance matters, property visits, and move-out evaluations.

Jennifer Davis, Property Manager - Jennifer handles rent collection, tenant communications, lease renewals, maintenance follow-up, and day-to-day management issues. She ensures consistent communication and smooth operations throughout each lease term.

Mollie Sharp, Leasing Agent - Mollie is responsible for marketing and leasing your property efficiently. As am actual employee—not an independent contractor—she is dedicated exclusively to leasing and focused on minimizing vacancy time.

Eddy Trujeque Ramirez, Maintenance Technician & Handyman - Eddy is our full-time, in-house maintenance technician. Having a dedicated employee allows us to maintain quality control, respond quickly to repair needs, and manage costs effectively. His regular presence in our properties also helps identify potential maintenance issues before they become larger problems.
